One of my friends had this on his blog, and I thought that it is such an important message for all of us that I should post it on mine too so that it will reach out to even more people.

Sometimes we get caught up in our sins, in our problems, and in our hang ups that we forget that we don't have to go through them alone. We weren't created to struggle, yet we are sinners so we do. But, instead of letting it consume our hearts and our minds could we just stop for a moment and lay it down? Let God capture our hearts saying that He wants us to give Him our problems. He has better things in store for us. Yeah, we may still struggle, but at least we have Him on our side, and if "God is on our side, who can dare be against us?" (Romans 8: 31). "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7).
